Intermediate floors are built in factory according production drawings developed in design phase.
Beams used in the floors are 45mm thick and usually 245mm high. Size may vary according statical calculations.

Space between beams is set according calculations, however we use cc 300mm as standard for bathrooms in order to comply with regulations in nordic countries and to ensure maximum stability of the floor.

The top layer of the floor slab is a moisture resistant chipboard 21mm thick. Over this surface the Client can install heating tubes (water or electrical system) and lay a tile or parquet floor.

Our intermediate floors are installed on top of the external walls using a robust and weather-tight connection.
