Our production of timber frame prefab houses is mainly delivered out of our home Country. We have references in several Countries across the whole Europe and we are proud to say that 100% of our Clients are happily satisfied! Since beginning of activities in year 2004 we have produced and delivered hundreds of houses, at the an increasing pace that has now reached 50-60 residential units per year. This ongoing project is about luxurious 16 hotel suit units. Contract was signed in March 2018, element production started in April 2018 and assembly of the elements started in May 2018.

Vestre Langøyåsen
A superb project in Kråkeroøy, Fredrikstad. Contract was signed in September 2017, element production starts in October 2017 and assembly of the houses starts in November 2017.
Project consists of 8 row houses with 48 living units in total. Overall assembly time on site lasted about 10 months.

Nedersta phase 2
This particular Project is part of a larger plan, which requires all houses to be produced according customer’s standard. Upon an eventual agreement, Q-haus manufactured and delivered 24 almost identical wooden element houses. The installation of elements would be performed by customer itself.

With this preliminary instructions in mind, we started to crunch the numbers on the Project and came out with a tailor made solution, meeting all the requirements set by Bonava. Given the size of the project and the particular specifications, it took several revisions of our proposal before we could finally agree on every detail.

This beautiful project in Ölfus, Iceland was finished in October 2017.
Assembly of the house was finished with a festive 3,5 magnitude earthquake, which our assembly team haven’t felt never before.

Upside down house
Q-haus has been involved in this project from the very beginning. We took care of the engineering design and we made sure the whole building could be manufactured indoor using our timber element technology.
The project has been very challenging due to the unique geometry of the house and, after one year of design works, we are finally able to schedule a production time.

Skarsnuten Panorama
Q-haus built 8 houses in total with 89 apartments. Project was taking place from 2008 to 2010.

Kautokeino Health Care Center
Kautokeino Home Care Centre is a beautiful example of how the woodhouse Industry can help to make the World a better place. This fine engineered low-Energy building is home to many elders of the Kautokeino community in the cold and beautiful Finnmark

On top of the intriguing geometry, we were asked to deliver a building that would meet the strict Passivhaus Standard NS3700. This particular standard is in many ways more strict than the regular standard (TEK10), especially regarding Energy Efficiency and airtightness.
