Price of the Contract shall be agreed between the Parties based on the information contained in the present Price Estimate and subsequent modifications/agreements.

• Payments shall be made by the Client to Q-haus Baltic OÜ Bank Account via SWIFT payment as follows:
  30% of Contract Price – without Assembly Works – as Advance Payment within 7 days after signing of the Contract. Q-haus Baltic OÜ will cover the full amount of this payment with Performance Guarantee, valid until Goods are ended over to the Client;
• 70% of Contract Price – without Assembly Works – as Independent Bank Guarantee, 14 calendar days before scheduled Factory Production. The Client must provide guarantee from his bank for this payment. Guarantee must be valid until one week after delivery (signature of CMR) and must be payable to Q-haus Baltic OÜ upon presentation of CMR;
• Full amount of Assembly Works – as Advance Payment at delivery (signature of CMR). Qhaus Baltic OÜ will cover the full amount of this payment with Performance Guarantee, valid until Goods are ended over to the Client.

Different conditions can be agreed upon for direct Advance Payments.
