Good sound performances are very important in a residential building, especially in multi-apartment houses.
In years of experience we have developed a series of construction details that allow us to provide solutions meeting the highest standards in reduction of sound propagation.

Our intermediate floors always feature a minimum of 100mm glasswool layer in the space between beams. This contributes to sound reduction while minimizing temperature differences on the upper floor (i.e. in rooms above kitchen).

In case the upper floor belongs to a different residential unit, we provide additional sound-proof insulation on top of the floor element, as well as acoustic battens at the ceiling for mounting gypsum boards.
